Allen Tsang played with Capilano College from 2004-2006 where he captured a CCAA Silver Medal in the 2004-2005 season. After his years of playing, he was an Assistant Coach for the Men's Volleyball Program at Capilano University (2006-2011) and Douglas College (2011-2017). Allen continues to work with youths, coaching his high-school teams and as a guest coach for the Apex Volleyball Club.
