We’re back for the 2022 Season!!!!!!

Elite men’s volleyball in the lower mainland and South Fraser area is returning after a 2 year pandemic hiatus! The Vancouver Super League is excited to be returning to Delview secondary school in North Delta, British Columbia. Athletes from the Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, New Westminster, Langley, West/North Vancouver areas are welcome to register their information to become available for potential selection on a team or in a substitute capacity.

The league features teams sponsored by local businesses who historically have represented either a regional area or alumni from a post-secondary institution. With a greater outreach to athletes, the league has designs to include more of the deep pool of talented male volleyball players from the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas. All interested athletes will be invited to an open gym evening at Delview Secondary in September as an opportunity to showcase themselves for the team managers.

The Vancouver Super League is played on Sunday afternoons/evenings with up to 3 best-of-five matches played. The atmosphere is highly competitive and also celebrates the positive social atmosphere which helps make volleyball such a fantastic lifelong sport. Spectators are encouraged and are welcome to the matches. There is no cost to fans!

If you are interested in entering a team to the league or acting as a team sponsor, please contact Kent Laubman at klaubman@deltaschools.ca. Teams must be committed by August 31st, 2022.

It is great to be back providing an excellent caliber of men’s volleyball to the community, and we cannot wait to see you at the games!
