Jonathan started his post-secondary career with at Capilano University where he earned distinctions by being placed on the all-rookie, and second all-star teams. He also helped the Blues capture a PacWest bronze medal his year with the team. Jonathan then transferred to and finished his career with the UBC Thunderbirds.
